Full-time positions are available for OT's in the Greater Boston area, Central Massachusetts, and surrounding areas. What We offer: Supportive and dynamic model for service delivery Opportunity to grow your clinical skills Diverse settings and clientele across the lifespan Meaningful work that makes a difference in Massachusetts communities Essential Functions Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities, including motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive function, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, functional independence, and overall well-being. Utilize standardized assessments and clinical observations to determine clients' strengths, limitations, and areas for intervention. Provide hands-on occupational therapy interventions, therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and sensory integration therapy. Foster the development of skills necessary for independence in self-care, work, and leisure activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Educate individuals and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory standards. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides, as appropriate Mentorship / CEU / Professional Growth Ability to experience working in new settings and/or with novel patient populations Access to an interdisciplinary network of experienced clinicians to help navigate novel situations (e.g. AAC, ATP, PT, SLP, BCBA, etc.) Tuition reimbursement to attend courses or participate in degree programs Annual subscription to MedBridge CEU reimbursement Opportunities for career advancement by becoming a mentor, being a Clinical Instructor, providing ESMA staff training, etc. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited master's level (or higher) program in Occupational Therapy Valid/current professional license as a Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts Ability to travel to/between multiple work locations Must pass extensive background checks and provide professional references If selected for hire, candidates must be able to provide a recent physical indicating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job either with or without accommodations, proof of negative TB test, and required immunizations (including fully-vaccinated status for Covid-19).
