School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: St. Clair, MO
Start Date: August 2025 (20252026 School Year)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based therapy services for the 20252026 academic year in the St. Clair, MO. This position involves approximately 800 minutes per week of direct therapy services , serving a caseload of around 21 students , including 2 students who utilize wheelchairs .

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to eligible students in accordance with IEPs

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals

• Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility and IEP team meetings

• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress reports

• Support student access to educational environments and school participation

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri (or eligibility to obtain license)

• Experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Schedule & Hours:

• Approx. 800 minutes of direct contact per week (roughly 13.5 hours/week)
