Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based Opportunities Across Maryland (K12)

We are currently hiring dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based openings across Maryland for the upcoming school year. Opportunities are available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels , as well as K12 assignments depending on your experience and preference.

Available Settings:

• Elementary Schools

• Middle Schools

• High Schools

• K12 Campus Assignments

Position Details:

• Full-Time

• School-Year Contract

• On-Site Roles (unless otherwise specified by the district)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services aligned with students IEP goals

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals to support student success

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language goals

• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress

• Address areas such as articulation, fluency, language, voice, and pragmatic communication skills

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Maryland SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs will also be considered

• Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
