Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based Opportunities Across Maryland (K12)
We are currently hiring dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based openings across Maryland for the upcoming school year. Opportunities are available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels , as well as K12 assignments depending on your experience and preference.

Position Details:
Full-Time
School-Year Contract
On-Site Roles (unless otherwise specified by the district)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services aligned with students IEP goals
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language goals
Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
Address areas such as articulation, fluency, language, voice, and pragmatic communication skills
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Maryland SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs will also be considered
Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
