Physical Therapist

Salary: $84,000 - $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Sign-on bonuses available

Job Location: 1880 U.S. 6, Carmel, NY (Putnam County; outpatient clinic)

Job Type: Full-time ( Mon/Wed/Fri 7am-3pm and Tue/Thurs 12pm-8pm ; 40 hours per week. Open to further discussing schedule during interview.)

Responsibilities

You’ll achieve success by:

  • Reviewing patients medical history

  • Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person

  • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns

  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes

  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury

  • Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed


Qualifications

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York state

  • CPR and first aid certification required
