Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time school-based position near Phoenix, AZ. This opportunity offers a 4-day work week (38 hours) and the chance to make a meaningful difference supporting students across a collaborative school team.

• Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of an OTR

• Support students with IEP goals related to fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-help, and daily living skills

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service staff

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines

• Active Arizona COTA license

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
