Physical Therapist (PT) contract in Urbana,IL

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position in Urbana, Illinois. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, allowing for work-life balance while providing essential rehabilitative services in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Urbana, IL

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

• Weekly Hours: 40

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in an outpatient or acute care setting

• Current BLS certification

• Proficiency with electronic medical records; experience with EPIC is a plus
