Position Overview:
A public school district in DeKalb, Illinois is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its special education team for the upcoming school year. This full-time, in-person role serves K12 students, providing both direct and consultative therapy services within a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations for speech and language needs

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with state and federal guidelines

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on communication goals

  • Track student progress and maintain up-to-date documentation

  • Partner with families, teachers, and support staff to enhance student outcomes

Qualifications:
