Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current Maryland SLP license
- Clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of speech and language disabilities, particularly in elementary settings

- Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language impairments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote effective communication strategies

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
