• Conducting thorough assessments to identify and understand students' unique speech and language needs.
• Developing and implementing tailored therapy plans that directly align with student Individualized Education Program goals.
• Providing direct, impactful therapy services to diverse student populations.
• Collaborating effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a unified support system.
• Monitoring student progress closely, adapting strategies to ensure continuous growth.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation of all services provided.
• Participating actively in IEP meetings , contributing your expertise to every student's success story.

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate professional with:

• A valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license .
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are highly encouraged to apply and will receive excellent supervision.
• A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
