Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a school district located in Westminster, Colorado . This is a full-time, contract role for the upcoming school year with opportunities to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and young adults.

As a school-based Occupational Therapist, you will assess students, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver targeted therapy to help them thrive in both academic and functional areas. This is a collaborative environment where your clinical expertise directly supports student growth and access to education.

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and contribute to eligibility evaluations

• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to student needs

• Provide direct and consultative services focusing on fine motor skills, self-care, sensory processing, and school participation

• Document services and student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with staff and families

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Colorado OT license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

• Familiarity with IEPs, documentation systems, and school-based services

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
