School-Based Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide virtual, school-based services for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time contract role offers guaranteed hours, a competitive hourly rate, and weekly direct deposit. Compensation includes pay for both direct and indirect services.

Job Details:

• Full-time contract through the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year

• Caseload specifics discussed during interview

• Independent Contractor (1099) status

Teletherapy Toolkit Provided:

• Clinical and technical support

• Therapy materials and assessments with training

• Web-based therapy activities and intervention resources

• HIPAA and FERPA compliant teletherapy platform

Job Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania SLP-CCC license

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

• Reliable high-speed internet, laptop or computer with webcam, speakers, and headset

• Must carry own liability insurance

• Comfortable working as an independent contractor

• Ability to pass a technology screening assessment
