Key Responsibilities:

• Perform speech/language evaluations and implement individualized plans

• Work closely with IEP teams, educators, and parents

• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation

Qualifications:

• Masters in SLP

• Ohio SLP license or ability to obtain

• ASHA certification preferred (CFs welcome)
