High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR/First Aid certificates
Online courses for CPR/First aid not accepted
Copy of Transcript (HS Transcripts)
OR Proof of HS Graduation (HS Diploma, GED, Bachelors' Degree)

Applications must be filled out completely. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Educational Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associates Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders or graduation from a Speech Language Pathology Assistant Program is also required.
Experience Requirements: Prior SLPA experience in an educational or clinical setting is preferred.
