Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Macon, GA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: ~$35/hour

About the Opportunity:

ExecuSource is partnering with a leading occupational medicine clinic in Macon, GA to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). This clinic specializes in treating workers' Compensation injuries and provides a supportive, stable environment focused on helping patients return to work safely.

This is a full-time, weekday position with consistent hours and a tight-knit team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support experienced Physical Therapists (PTs) on-site Monday through Wednesday and Friday

Work independently on Thursdays, managing scheduled patient care

Perform follow-up treatments and post-offer placement/agility evaluations

Assist with recheck appointments and provide rehab supplies as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional therapy environment

Qualifications:

Licensed PTA in the state of Georgia

Associate's Degree from an accredited PTA program

Ideally 3+ years of PTA experience, but open to less due to hiring needs

Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and a passion for patient recovery
