Empower to Change is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Social Worker to join our growing team as a Child & Adolescent Therapist. This part-time role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about supporting the emotional and developmental needs of youth and their families. The position offers flexible evening and weekend hours (15-20 hours per week) at our Brandon, Florida office, with a strong preference for in-person sessions.

The Child & Adolescent Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to children, teens, and their families, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, family conflict, and school-related stressors. We're looking for someone who takes a warm, relational, and insight-oriented approach to treatment. Someone who can engage youth meaningfully while partnering with caregivers to foster long-term healing and growth.
