We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) on a per diem basis to join our team in West Los Angeles. This position offers a flexible schedule, ideal for professionals seeking to manage their own work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and implement customized treatment plans for patients experiencing physical challenges.

Conduct therapeutic exercises and provide manual therapy to enhance patient mobility.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and families on continuing care post-treatment.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California

Home health experience preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong tech skills (comfort with various EMRs and using tablet for documentation)

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Current California driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
