Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel MODALITY: PT SETTING: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility REQUIRED: IP Rehab or Acute/SNF exp. TX license/compact PREFERRED: 1+ year exp EMR: Cerner # OF WEEKS: 13 SHIFT/HOURS: M-F 8:30-4:30 and working one weekend day per month with a flex day during the same week.
