Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a team for the 20252026 school year in Kansas City, MO. This full-time, onsite position supports an Early Childhood Special Education program, working with young learners to help develop communication skills essential for their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to early childhood students in a special education setting

• Conduct evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement IEPs

• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff

• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current Missouri SLP license or ability to obtain before the start date

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Experience in early childhood or school settings is a plus
