Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language services.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in line with state and federal regulations.
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support within both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to enhance student progress.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing student planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP License and ASHA CCCs; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- PDE Certification (Educational Specialist) or willingness to obtain.
- Previous school-based experience preferred, though not required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
