These onsite roles focus on serving Early Childhood and Elementary students, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners' communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services in a school setting.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student communication needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff to enhance student learning.
- Attend and actively contribute to IEP meetings and team discussions.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start.
- ASHA certification (CCC) preferred, though qualified candidates without it will also be considered.
- Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged students is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work onsite throughout the school year.
