• Schedule: 13-week assignment 1 Saturday visit every 6 weeks
• Caseload: 28 - 30 units per week expected with available patient load
• Setting: Home health visits for adult patients
• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase
• Minimum 1-2 years therapy experience required
• Home health experience required
