TITLE: Therapist
FLSA: Exempt
SALARY: $73,388 - $74,888 (additional add-ons for licensure status)

We are hiring to fill two spots: One on our Full-Service Partnerships (FSP) team and one on our Outpatient Care Services (OCS) team. Both roles are field-based with opportunities to work-from-home weekly.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Community-based Therapist will utilize independent judgment and expertise to provide mental health services that include psycho-diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, rehabilitative and case management services. The Therapist will collaborate with the assigned team (which may include Case Manager and/or a Psychiatrist) to ensure client receives appropriate mental health services. The Therapist will respond to client's crisis and collaborate with their team, manager, LPS and Director to de-escalate client's crisis. FSP Therapist is expected to see their clients in the community, in their homes or in the office to ensure continuity of mental health services for client.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education /Background :

• Master’s degree in social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy or related field required.
• Must be a Registered Associate with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and be in good standing.
• CA Driver License to transport clients as needed.
• Spanish Speaking highly preferred.

Other Requirements :

• Experience providing therapy to children, families, and adults.
• Experience working with multi-ethnic/multi-racial communities.
• Experience working in a community-based organization.
• Experience with EXYM system and DMH paperwork preferred but not required.
• Organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, especially Microsoft teams).

HYBRID REMOTE
Position is hybrid remote and requires telehealth and in-person appointments in the field and in the office, meeting with clients, prospects and community partners as needed. Employee must be available to work during office hours. Employees in crisis programs must be available to participate in the on-call rotation schedule as assigned.
