Oversees the efficient operation of the Rehabilitation Program at designated site(s). Provides an optimum environment for health enhancement and staff development. Ensures that the staff has the skills and training to perform within acceptable guidelines. Utilizes interdisciplinary collaboration and available resources to provide services. Leads the department in activities to enhance safety, quality, efficiency and access of rehabilitative and fitness services. Evaluates, plans and implements a goal oriented therapy treatment program that focuses on restoring function and preventing further disability. Provides an optimum environment for functional goal achievement and health enhancement. Utilizes interdisciplinary collaborative and available resources to direct and lead responsibly to enhance quality, efficacy, access, and financial growth of the rehabilitation department.

This position will be overseeing the inpatient operations for the 630 bed licensed facility (JSM) that is soon to be expanding its capacity. The position will oversee the JSM outpatient facility in Neptune which conducts close to 50,000 patient visits a year. It will also oversee a small outpatient facility in Manalapan and assist in the launching of a small outpatient facility in Freehold.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech, or Audiology.
2. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with two year's supervisory experience.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

1. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech, or Audiology.
2. Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience with five year's supervisory experience.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

1. NJ State Therapy License
