** Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient
Handle inbound/outbound calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments
Follow up with potential patients, explain treatment plans, and overcome objections
Support front desk operationsscheduling, payments, paperwork, patient flow
Assist with social media, marketing, and CRM outreach
Help with light clinical tasks (room setup, treatment prep) and occasional insurance work
Training & Hours:

This is a full-time role, but you'll begin with a part-time schedule (2225 hrs/week) for a 6090 day training and evaluation period.
This transition period is ideal if you're looking to ease into a new role over the summer while learning the ropes, then go full speed ahead with a full-time position by September.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, including two evenings per week until 7 PM
Major holidays off

$$ Compensation & Perks:
