Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Cityview Healthcare & Rehabilitation in a PRN, as needed, position. In this role, you will work closely with patients of varying diagnoses, providing tailored rehabilitation services that align with our mission of delivering quality care.

This position comes with a starting pay rate of $50 an hour

Because this is a PRN, as needed, position The typical schedule for this opportunity is flexible with start, end times, and days worked a week based on caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility and functionality.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience in geriatrics, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
