Patient Care Coordinator - Community Health Education Providence St. Joseph Health - Renton, WA
The Patient Care Coordinator provides a variety of receptionist and skilled clerical duties in support of Providence Community Wellness. This position is responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. Position performs prior authorizations when necessary. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence.

Required Qualifications:
2 years of Customer service-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Health care related field
1 year Recent experience in the medical field
1 year Electronic Medical Record / Practice Management experience
