Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 20252026 school year to support early learners in a PreK setting in Napa, California . This position serves a caseload of 40 students and requires prior experience working in a school-based setting.

The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and support services that enhance communication development in preschool-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services according to students IEPs under SLP supervision.

• Support communication development in early learners with diverse needs.

• Document session notes and track progress as directed by the supervising SLP.

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to generalize therapy strategies across settings.

• Maintain compliance with state, district, and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid California SLPA license.

• Degree from an accredited SLPA program or relevant Bachelors degree.

• Required: Minimum 1 year of school-based experience, preferably with preschool-aged children.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an early childhood environment.
