We serve patients ranging in age from 7 to 100+ with a broad mix of orthopedic, post-op, sports, geriatric, and workers comp needs. Your Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized Plans of Treatment

- Deliver evidence-based care with compassion and consistency

- Monitor and document patient progress

- Coordinate care with providers, caregivers, and team members

- Contribute to a safe, clean, and positive clinic atmosphere

- Stay up-to-date with continuing education and best practices

Who You Are:

- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible in South Dakota)

- Committed to exceptional patient care

- Comfortable working with diverse age groups and injury types

- A team player with strong communication skills

- Motivated to grow clinically and professionally
