Northampton Public Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)! Jackson Street Elementary School 28 hours per week Monday through Friday: Hours to be determined Therapy Assistant Pay Scale: Hourly Rate: $27.49 - $40.51 based on experience FY26 pay rates are currently in negotiationsStart date: August 25, 2025 MA Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License required. If Hired:Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS National Fingerprint Background Checks prior to employment.BENEFITS:Full benefits and privileges consistent with the Northampton Association of School Employees (NASE) Paraeducator Unit C Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
