o Day Shift 5-7 OTs for inpatient Rehab, 6-8 for adult acute care, 1-2 for MCHS, and 3-5 for pedi/nicu

o Night Shift - NA

Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED) 12 to 14 in acute and 4-5 in rehab

Notify manager and supervisor of absence 2 hrs prior to shift, documentation completed prior to leaving shift, ALWAYS standards of behavior.

Hours 8 to 430pm for acute care and 7 to 3:30 for rehab

Weekends and On call(if any)
