Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP or SLPA) for a full-time, onsite school-based role in Hagerstown, Maryland . This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K12 caseload and includes strong support, benefits, and weekly pay.

• Conduct speech/language evaluations and re-evaluations

• Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing student planning

• Full-time, onsite only

• K12 caseload

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• SLP: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• SLPA: Associates or Bachelors degree with SLPA certification

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
