Opportunity Overview

This remote Speech Language Pathologist role involves providing comprehensive therapy services to a diverse caseload of 44-54 students spanning elementary through high school grade levels. Working 36.5 hours weekly, you'll utilize our advanced virtual platform to deliver individualized interventions that address various communication disorders and developmental needs. Essential Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations using virtual assessment protocols
  • Create individualized treatment plans addressing specific communication goals and IEP objectives
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions through interactive virtual platforms with multimedia resources
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, administrators, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, session notes, and outcome data
  • Participate actively in IEP development, review meetings, and educational planning processes
  • Provide consultation and training to educational staff on communication strategies and supports
  • Engage families in therapy processes through virtual conferences and home program development
Caseload Composition

Qualification Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from ASHA-approved program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Active Ohio state licensure for Speech Language Pathology practice
  • Two years minimum experience providing speech therapy services in educational environments
  • Proficiency with virtual therapy technologies and digital communication platforms
