Looking to make a difference in students' lives? Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in a school-based setting near Santa Clara, CA. Join a team that prioritizes student growth and effective communication.

• Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

• Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

• Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments as needed

• Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Support an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse communication needs

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available

• School-based experience is a plus but not required
