Speech-Language Pathologist On-Site, K12 Caseload Lafayette, IN

Overview:
A school district in Lafayette, IN is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join their student services team. This role involves working directly with students across grade levels who need support in communication, speech, and language development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students succeed both academically and socially by providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy within a collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each students needs and IEP goals

• Provide direct and indirect services to students in group and individual settings

• Collaborate with educators, families, and special education staff to support carryover of strategies

• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress

• Ensure services are compliant with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Indiana SLP license through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)

• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
