Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring a School Speech-Language Pathologist to work near Berryville, AR. This position focuses on evaluating and treating speech and language disorders, helping students reach their full potential. • Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

• Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

• Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments as needed

• Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Support an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse communication needs

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active AR SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available

• School-based experience is a plus but not required
