Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a school district in Joliet, Illinois for the 20252026 academic year. This onsite role involves working alongside licensed SLPs to provide services to students with a variety of communication needs.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time: 32.5 hours per week

• Onsite at district school(s)

• Caseload to be determined; will include a variety of disabilities

• Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs to implement therapy plans

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver speech-language therapy activities under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Assist in documentation, progress monitoring, and student support

• Work with diverse student populations, including those requiring bilingual services

• Support communication goals as outlined in IEPs

Requirements:

• Active Illinois SLPA License

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
