Schedule: Full-Time | 38 Hours/Week | 4-Day Work Week (MonThurs)
Setting: K8 | Itinerant Within District | Onsite

Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to support a school district in Phoenix, Arizona for the 20252026 school year . This district offers a unique 4-day work week , making it a great opportunity for work-life balance. There are multiple openings available.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: MondayThursday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (option for 6:304:30)

• Fridays Off (6 Fridays required throughout the school year with schedule flexed to 5-day week)

• Caseload: 6070 students (some consult only, no evaluations or reports)

• Grades: Kindergarten through 8th grade

• Itinerant within district schools (mileage may be reimbursed)

• Work under the supervision of an OT, delivering direct and consultative services

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona COTA License

• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong collaboration and organizational skills
