We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a vibrant K12 school environment near Andover, MA. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting students facing physical, developmental, or sensory challenges that impact their academic and social success.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

• Student Population: Kindergarten through 12th grade

• Location: On-site, near Andover, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct standardized and functional assessments to determine OT service eligibility

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to create and implement IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy aimed at enhancing student participation, independence, and classroom engagement

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts

• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
