Contract Length: 10 Months (20252026 School Year)

Were hiring a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to support PreKElementary students across four schools in the West Point, MS area for the 20252026 school year. Join a supportive team and help students find their voiceliterally and figuratively.

What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language needs
Develop customized therapy plans tailored to student goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support student success
Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy in accordance with IEPs
Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided

What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Mississippi SLP license
School-based experience preferred (1+ years ideal)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Passion for helping children thrive in and out of the classroom
