Title: Full-Time School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: West Point, MS
Start Date: August 2025
Contract Length: 10 Months (20252026 School Year)

Were seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the upcoming school year. This full-time role serves four school sites in the West Point, MS area, working with PreK through elementary students to support their communication development and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language challenges.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff to promote student growth.
Deliver direct therapy services as outlined in students IEPs.
Track and document student progress and therapy outcomes in compliance with district guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Current Mississippi state SLP licensure.
Previous school-based experience preferred (minimum one year ideal).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
