Were hiring a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to support students across four schools in West Point, Mississippi . This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP whos passionate about early intervention, collaborative teamwork, and meaningful impact in education. Youll work with PreK through elementary students, helping them build essential communication skills for lifelong success.

Role Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
Maintain detailed documentation of progress and services

Qualifications:
Masters in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Mississippi SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
School experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites
