Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with school staff to enhance student outcomes and contribute to comprehensive team planning.

• Document services, track student progress, and maintain clear communication with team members.

• Work in collaboration with teachers, special education professionals, school nurses, OTs, and other support staff to promote student participation and accessibility.

• Design and implement individualized PT programs aligned with IEP goals.

• Keep up with current trends, research, and licensure standards in pediatric and school-based physical therapy.

Position Overview:

• Location: Near Knollcrest, CT

• Schedule: Part-Time, Monday-Thursday, 14 hours/week

• Student Caseload: Grades PK10, Less than 15 students

• Licensure Requirement: Must hold an active Physical Therapy license in Connecticut
