Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Near Warrendale, MI

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a collaborative school district near Warrendale, Michigan . This role offers the chance to provide vital support to K12 students, helping them develop the communication skills necessary for academic and personal growth.

Position Overview:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs

• Create and deliver evidence-based therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide direct services to students individually and in small groups

• Participate in IEP development and multidisciplinary team meetings

• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other support staff to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

• Current Michigan SLP license issued by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)

• ASHA CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply

• School-based experience is helpful but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
