We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team near Mescalero, NM . This role involves working closely with students to support their communication and language development needs through direct therapy services and collaboration with educators and families.

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active New Mexico SLP License in good standing

• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
