Key Responsibilities:

• Write and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals based on student needs and assessments.

• Provide therapy in individual, small group, or classroom settings based upon IEP goals

• Collaboration with other SLPs and SLPAs on student communication needs to improve student participation and educational progress.

• Maintain documentation in line with district and state standards

• Stay current on evidence-based practices and state licensing requirements
