Job Description: Speech Language Pathologist makes assessments and provides appropriate services to help residents and patients improve and/or regain skills as part of a comprehensive therapy regimen.

Responsibilities:

+ Evaluate and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders.

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident progress.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

+ Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

+ Active SLP license in NYS

+ Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
