ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non rotating 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Overview

The CIP Management Aid is needed to effectively coordinate all of the day to day CIP Budget adjustments. This position will provide administrative support to the Office of Management & Budget in assisting with preparation of the monthly and quarterly reports that are essential to ensure compliance with the adopted Capital Budget.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing annual Capital Improvements Projects Planning Guide (CIP) and CIP Budget
  • Coordinate and complete the day to day CIP Budget adjustments and amendments. Review adjustments for compliance with financial and debt guidelines
  • Research and develop CIP related responses for communications for the CIP Manager as well as provide admin support to the Budget Office
  • Provide Internal/External customer service
  • May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of experience
  • A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered
  • A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire
