The Physical Therapist will work as a member of the Physical Therapy service line within the OrthoNY Medical Practice consisting of Orthopedic, Spine, Sports Medicine and Pain Management physicians. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions with patients, colleagues, physicians, and all visitors to the practice; + Provides to patients a customized plan of care in an energetic outpatient physical therapy setting; + Collaborates with patients and colleagues, including Physical Therapist Assistants, to provide cohesive and well-coordinated care; + Proficient with EMR systems; completes documentation in a timely manner; + Other responsibilities as designated by the manager. **Qualifications** + 3-5 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred; + Current unrestricted New York State Physical Therapy license; + Experience with a wide range of patient age groups and diagnoses; + Time management and organization capabilities. **Other Information** + Travel between our offices may be required.
