Location: Houston, TX Start Date: August 13, 2025 End Date: May 28, 2026 Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours per week) Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program. Active Texas state Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred. Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Job Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to assigned students. Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings as needed. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure student success. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development. Support district compliance with state and federal regulations.
