Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals in providing support to students with diverse needs in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of school-based therapy services and a passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need related to motor, sensory, and cognitive skills.
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve students' fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills.
Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to develop and implement strategies for classroom success.
Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
